  1. The Addressee Pick List
  2. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  3. This Pick List is a list maintained by Power-QWK of names that you
  4. use a lot when addressing messages. This enables you to select an
  5. addressee's name from the list without having to type it and
  6. therefore without the risk of mis-spelling.

  8. Every time you send a message, Power-QWK notes the name of the
  9. addressee and uses it to update a list of the twenty people you
  10. write to the most.

  12. Whenever you are prompted by Power-QWK to supply the addressee's
  13. name for a message you have entered, you can instead press F2 to
  14. be presented with the current Addressee Pick List.
  15.  
  16. This facility is available for 'carbon copies' as well as for
  17. 'proper' messages.

  19. The Addressee Pick List is not offered automatically because it
  20. could be a source of annoyance to those users who do not write
  21. often to the same people.

  23. You may change the colours of the Addressee Pick List window.
  24. The colours you choose will also be used by (and may also be
  25. changed within) the Tagline Manager plus the Conference and
  26. Addressee Pick List windows.
